Digitalization and innovation to work smarter
Bosch Rexroth needed to undertake a digital transformation of its processes in order to work more quickly and safely. The need was to allow the use of digital signatures also on the move and abroad: the many employees and managers, often on the road, needed a solution that would not slow down activities and approval flows.

Infocert, thanks to its customisable electronic signature solutions, has been chosen as the most suitable partner to help Bosch Rexroth face this challenge. To meet the needs of the client, InfoCert proposed the use of GoSign, the signature platform that allows to set custom flows of electronic signatures, ensuring the full legal value of transactions.
The adoption of GoSign has undoubtedly enabled remote management of business processes, increasing efficiency. The solution has been adopted in a number of business areas, from the management of contracts with customers and suppliers, to documents for the safe exit of field service technicians.

This additional step will digitalize the contractual flows managed by the Human Resources of the company.
