ENEL AND INFOCERT, A LONG-TERM PARTNERSHIP BASED ON A STRONG COLLABORATION
Enel was founded in Italy in 1962, thanks to the ratification from Central Government to nationalize electrical system. In the following years, Enel grew together with Italy, and it shortly became a multinational Company in the Energy industry, operating in more than 31 countries with the mission to promote a more innovative and sustainable use of energy.

In the past years, Enel became fully aware about the importance of Digital Transformation challenge, which obliges to Company important changes in terms of massive access to the Internet, diffusion of mobile technologies and intelligent devices, availability of large amounts of information, sharing economy, dematerialization of processes, cloud solutions and so on. That’s why Enel needed to quickly rethink its business model, prioritizing the diffusion of digital culture and skills within its own organization.
At this proposal, the partnership between Enel and InfoCert, established several years ago, has gone on over the time, materializing it in many different solutions and services. Even a Co-Factoring has been founded between two Companies.

InfoCert usually collaborates with the ICT Department of Enel to deeply understand the business needs as well as to be involved in building new opportunities and new service models. This approach enabled Enel to dramatically reduce the time to market with the opportunity to launch innovative solutions before than competitors.
Thanks to InfoCert’s support, Enel radically changed the internal and external procedures’ management, mainly due to the adoption of digital signature. In addition, also approval processes and business workflows have been digitally transformed and the paper usage has been eliminated with GoSign.
Today, the partnership between InfoCert and Enel is as solid as ever, addressed to build a proximity based on sharing strategic goals, proactivity, responsibilities and ability to innovate.
