On Friday, September 20th we’ll be present at the Bocconi Intellectual Property in Digital Environments International Conference in Milan.
In the afternoon, at 2:45pm, Federica Melis — Digital Analyst at InfoCert, part of our Business Compliance team— will take part to a panel on the topic of Ownership and Access to Data with a speech regarding the possibility of recognizing an ownership right on data and personal data in light of new regulations introduced with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).
In its speech, Federica will face this topic that it is involved also in the issue of self-sovereign identity, a field in which InfoCert is present with R&D activities and the participation in the Sovrin Trust Framework, which has recently produced interesting results.
