InfoCert LEI

To request/transfer an LEI with InfoCert or update their data, Legal Entities can refer to our banking partners.

In any case, we report below the data to be provided and the steps necessary to request or transfer an LEI.

UNDERSTAND THE PROCESS OF REQUESTING OR TRANSFER A LEI

STEP 1

DATA COLLECTION TO REQUEST AN LEI:

 Legal Entity Reference Data:

  • *official name of the Legal Entity,
  • legal form,
  • *country jurisdiction,
  • *headquarters adress,
  • *country,
  • *VAT number,
  • *email adress,
  • Direct accounting consolidating Parent Official Name,
  • Direct accounting consolidating Parent LEI,
  • Ultimate accounting consolidating Parent Official Name,
  • Ultimate accounting consolidating Parent LEI.

Where fields marked with (*) are mandatory.

Authorised Signer Reference Data:

  • *surname,
  • *name,
  • *telephone number,
  • date of birth,
  • *role and powers in firm.

Where fields marked with (*) are mandatory.

The Contract Signer could be the Legal Entity CEO or a delegated. In that case, he should provide the delegation. We accept delegations only in language Italian, Spanish, French, English.

The Signer can use a qualified electronic signature OR use a handwritten-signature. In this case, he must provide the scanned-contract and the signer identity card.

Identification document:

  • type and number,
  • document issuer,
  • date of issue.
DATA COLLECTION TO TRANSFER A LEI AND/OR LE-RD FROM FORMER LOU TO INFOCERT:

Legal Entity Reference Data:

  • *LEI,
  • *Former LOU,
  • *Official Name of the legal entity,
  • Legal Form,
  • *Country Jurisdiction,
  • *Headquarters Adress,
  • *Country,
  • *VAT Number,
  • *Email address.

Where fields marked with (*) are mandatory.

Authorised Signer Reference Data:

  • *surname,

  • date of birth,

For the time being, InfoCert will accept requests from Legal Entity located in ItalySpain, and Luxembourg.

STEP 2

The Legal Entity Applicant can see and download the CONTRACT.

The Signer Applicant can use a digital signature (he can even get one online through ecommerce.infocert.it) or a handwritten-signature (uploading scanned-contract and signer identity card) to sign the contract.

STEP 3

The Legal Entity Applicant can PAY the Identifier by Credit Card or Bank Transfer.

He/she can get the Legal Entity Identifier as a service offered by his/her own Bank.

He/she can even buy the Legal Entity Identifier in bundle with SSL Certificates or other Certificates issued by InfoCert.
