Objective: digitalize contracts for recruitment and internships
One of Italy’s leading universities in the fields of economics, management, law and social sciences turned to InfoCert to digitize signature processes.
Always striving for improvement and innovation, the university needed to undertake a digital transformation process capable of digitally identifying and signing collaboration contracts for lecturers and internship contracts for students, in fully remote mode.
The signature process that the university had followed until then involved the use of a large amount of printed paper and the need to scan the identity documents required to recognise signatories.
Objective: digitalize contracts for recruitment and internships
InfoCert therefore provided the client with a digital signature process for lecturers’ contracts and students’ internship activities through remote identification and the issuance of an electronic signature.
This was possible thanks to TOP, Trusted Onboarding Platform, the InfoCert onboarding solution integrated from within the systems in use by the university.
Identification: thanks to OCR, liveness detection and face matching technologies provided by InfoCert, lecturers and students can proceed with identification in SelfID mode, without the support of an operator.
Contract signing: teachers and students have the possibility of signing the entire dossier through the use of an advanced electronic signature, based on the use of OTPs notified via SMS to the mobile phone number declared by the user during data registration.
The adoption of a remote, digital signature process for signing thousands of contracts per year has enabled the university to simplify and speed up back-office activities and, last but not least, to adopt more sustainable processes, thanks to the large amount of printed paper saved.
