Tinexta Infocert decides to expand Legalinvoice Hub’s international coverage to support upcoming e-invoicing requirements in Belgium and Poland, reinforcing its commitment to enabling compliance and digital transformation across Europe.
In Belgium, starting January 2026, B2B e-invoicing will become mandatory for all VAT-registered businesses. Tinexta Infocert, as a certified Peppol Access Point provider, ensures full compliance with the local regulatory model based on the Peppol 5-Corner architecture. Legalinvoice Hub enables secure sending and receiving of e-invoices, full invoice lifecycle management, seamless integration with customer ERPs, and electronic archiving fully compliant with eIDAS requirements. The platform also supports B2G e-invoicing through the national Mercurius platform.
In Poland, beginning February 2026, the KSeF platform (Krajowy System e-Faktur) will become mandatory for all taxpayers. Legalinvoice Hub offers an integrated module for handling both accounts receivable and payable flows in line with KSeF specifications, including real-time validation, eIDAS-compliant electronic archiving, and full traceability of transactions. Designed as a centralized, multi-country platform, Legalinvoice Hub is ideal for multinational groups managing compliance across diverse regulatory frameworks. The solution ensures high scalability and deep ERP integration, and is flexible and customizable based on specific customer needs. It can also be enhanced with other Tinexta Infocert services, such as qualified e-signatures, certified e-delivery, cybersecurity solutions, and AI-powered features—offering a comprehensive, modular approach to digital trust and compliance.
With these enhancements, Tinexta Infocert reaffirms its role as a trusted partner for companies navigating Europe’s evolving digital compliance landscape.
