CSC certificates from InfoCert for qualified signature processes
The Company needed to enable users of its own signature tool to use InfoCert’s CSC (Cloud Signature Consortium) qualified certificates to sign documents such as agreements, orders or sales contracts.
In addition, to fully digitalize the process, the Company wanted to implement a remote identification process for customers, enabling the certificate request in a 100% digital mode.
TOP to integrate e-signature processes within existing systems
InfoCert proposed the integration of TOP (Top Onboarding Platform), the solution for digital customer onboarding that enables a fast and secure customer identification and integration of e-signature processes within existing systems.
Moreover, thanks to the integration of a Video identification process performed by InfoCert call center operators, users can now digitally sign business and other important documents, ensuring the full legal value thanks to the Qualified Electronic Signature (QES).
How does the integration work?
Users starting from the Company branded page are redirected to a specific front-end for:
- inserting the personal data needed for the issuing of the 3 years QES certificate
- making a video identification with InfoCert operators
- accepting the T&C of the certificate and choosing the personal PIN necessary to sign documents
