    Agos is a leading financial company in the consumer credit sector, operating in Italy for over thirty years. With around 2,000 employees, Agos helps customers achieve their goals and supports partner sales across various markets through a range of personal loans, point-of-sale financing, credit cards, salary-backed loans, leasing, and a wide selection of insurance services.

    The challenge: simplifying credit issuance, both online and in-store

    Agos needed to adopt a solution to optimize and digitalize the loan disbursement process, both at its partners’ points of sale and through direct digital channels. The goal was to offer customers a faster, safer, and compliant purchasing experience, while maintaining operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.

    The Solution

    Agos chose TOP, Tinexta Infocert’s Digital Onboarding platform, to enable:

    • the digitalization of point-of-sale loans, issued directly by commercial partners such as large appliance retailers, allowing contract signing and identity verification in just a few minutes, entirely digitally;
    • the activation of personal loans remotely, accessible through Agos digital channels, with a simplified, secure, and 100% paperless process

    The partnership with Tinexta Infocert allowed Agos to combine innovation and reliability, bringing value both to end customers and to its dealer network.     Moreover, adopting a Digital Onboarding Solution like TOP enabled Agos to significantly reduce the use of paper and ink throughout the entire process, saving up to 86% kg of CO₂ compared to the traditional method.

    Legalinvoice not only meets the practical and economic needs of the client but also aligns with the company’s values, such as strong sustainability commitments. For instance, in 2023 alone, through the dematerialization of 64 million invoices, we contributed to saving approximately 3 million kg of CO2—equivalent to preserving around 400,000 trees.
