InfoCert is proud to announce its participation in the European project TRUSTED (Enabling Trustworthy European Data Spaces through Self-Sovereign Identity and Privacy Preserving Technologies), led by Gradiant. This ambitious initiative focuses on enhancing the security and privacy of digital identities in the emerging European data spaces.
TRUSTED will develop and implement cutting-edge technologies such as homomorphic encryption and zero-knowledge proofs, allowing secure data usage and sharing without compromising privacy. These innovations will ensure that sensitive information remains protected from unauthorized access, benefiting both individuals and organizations.
By contributing its expertise in digital trust services, InfoCert plays a key role in strengthening the project’s efforts to build a secure and reliable framework for data exchange. This framework will enable the creation of trustworthy digital ecosystems where users retain full control over their data.
The TRUSTED consortium, which includes partners from five countries, combines diverse knowledge and skills to address the growing need for privacy-preserving technologies. Backed by nearly €4 million in funding from the European Commission’s Horizon Europe programme, the project aims to set a new standard in cybersecurity and digital identity protection across Europe.
