Research & Development

We invest in Research and Development every year, actively contributing to major European working groups and pilot projects.
Invito all’azione

Since 2016, Tinexta Infocert has been involved in projects related to digital wallets.

Today, we actively contribute to the main European working groups and pilot projects focused on the development of the EUDI Wallet.

EWC is a joint initiative aimed at successfully exploiting the advantages of the digital identity proposed by the EU, in the form of Digital Travel Credentials, in the various Member States.

NOBID CONSORTIUM involves Nordic and Baltic countries, together with Italy and Germany, in a large-scale pilot project dedicated to Wallet use cases in the financial sector.

This will be instrumental in implementing cross-border services for opening bank accounts and making payments throughout Europe.

The TrustED project will provide citizens and volunteers with a secure and portable digital identity tool, enabling them to collaborate with different organizations while maintaining the privacy and trust of all parties involved.

Let's give artificial intelligence the trust it needs

We participate in European initiatives and projects to ensure that AI applications are safe, reliable, and add value.

Info AI Cert

The goal of the project is to develop the first entirely Italian platform for assessing the compliance of high-risk Artificial Intelligence systems. This goal will be achieved by leveraging Prof. Fabio Roli’s global leadership in research in the field of AI security and the reliability of intelligent systems, as well as the international leadership of Tinexta Infocert as a trusted service provider.

ToKAI: Toolset and Knowledge base for AI compliance

The project will conduct industrial research by analyzing reference documents, standards, and guidelines relating to the safety and reliability of artificial intelligence systems. Subsequently, a survey of existing tools will be carried out, assessing their suitability for supporting compliance with European regulations governing AI systems, in particular, the AI Act.

Our International Network

We actively participate in the evolution and improvement of technological standards.

RESCALE: Revolutionized Enhanced Supply Chain Automation with Limited Threats Exposure

The software development lifecycle (SDLC) integrates components from very different sources, accelerating time-to-market but raising security concerns.

RESCALE addresses these challenges by adopting a secure-by-design supply chain based on a Trusted Bill of Materials (TBOM) mechanism. The platform uses cutting-edge tools and methodologies throughout the entire supply chain, with the aim of redefining security standards.
